How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes between 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Kora Jewelry piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or natural wear and tear.
Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
