At Kora Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
